AikyaLocker is built to reduce unnecessary exposure of sensitive personal files. Our intent is to support storage and eligible conversions locally on your device, helping you avoid casually uploading private records to unknown third-party converter websites.

2. Information you store in the app

Documents, images, PDF files, converted outputs, filenames, titles, descriptions, and reminder selections that you add to AikyaLocker are primarily handled on your device. Depending on your own device setup, operating system behavior, backups, exports, or sharing actions initiated by you, copies may also exist in locations controlled by you or your platform provider.

3. Local processing

Supported conversion features in AikyaLocker are intended to run locally on the device instead of routing your files through an external web converter. This includes supported scenarios such as image to PDF, PDF to image, and HEIC to JPG processing.

4. No promise of perfect security

While AikyaLocker is built with privacy-focused design goals, no software, device, or storage environment can be guaranteed completely secure. You remain responsible for securing your phone, device access, backups, exported files, and any other destination where you choose to move data.

5. Permissions and device-level features

The app may request access to device capabilities that are necessary for features you choose to use, including file picking, notifications for reminders, and sharing or exporting flows triggered by you. These permissions are used to support app functionality and user-initiated actions.

6. Website analytics and server-side logging

The static website may be hosted through standard web infrastructure that can generate ordinary server logs or hosting diagnostics such as IP address, user agent, request paths, and timestamps. If analytics, error tracking, or external embeds are added later, this policy should be updated before those changes are relied upon in production.

7. What we do not want you to assume

• Do not assume a document is encrypted unless the app explicitly states that feature is active.
• Do not assume third-party services are involved unless the product specifically discloses that behavior.
• Do not assume local storage removes all privacy risk if your own device is compromised.

8. Children’s privacy

AikyaLocker is not intended for children to use without appropriate supervision. If you believe personal information relating to a child has been improperly handled through our service, contact us.
