• You may not misrepresent an unauthorized copy, clone, or modified build as an official AikyaLocker release.

4. User responsibility

You are responsible for the legality, accuracy, ownership, and handling of the files you store, convert, export, or share using AikyaLocker. You must ensure you have the right to process any file you place into the app.

5. No unlawful or abusive use

You may not use AikyaLocker in connection with fraud, identity theft, unauthorized surveillance, malware activity, harassment, or any attempt to process unlawful or infringing content.

6. Availability and updates

We may change, improve, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time. We are not obligated to provide any specific update, compatibility guarantee, or ongoing maintenance timeline.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

AikyaLocker is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted access, and error-free operation.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AikyaLocker and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of data, loss of profits, device issues, business interruption, or security incidents arising from your use of the product.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the website or any associated services if we believe you have violated these Terms or used the product in a way that creates legal, security, or operational risk.
